Aspen Ladd started her combat sport career when she was 14 years old. Aspen Ladd had training in BJJ, kickboxing boxing and wrestling before making her professional debut at WCFC aged 18. Ladd continued to build on her triumph on the night of Ultimate Reno Combat, where she fought three times in a row. She defeated all her opponents within the first round. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta Fc 11, she took on Ana Carolina Vidal and won the bout in the first round with a TKO. She won her next fight against Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission. She then moved to Bantamweight for her subsequent fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen employed her impressive fighting skills to defeat McGill and ended her via third-round TKO(elbows and punches). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18 at catchweight (138.1lb) due to the fact that Ladd did not have enough weight. However, Aspen was able to take on Hoy. The fight was won via TKO in the second-round. In her last fight for this promotion, Ladd defeated Sijara Eubanks in a unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 118, taking on Lina Langsberg. She beat Lina by a ground and pound victory during her second fight. Then, in her third fight she was able to defeat Tonya Evinger with a more stunning victory. Ladd took on Evinger by a punch in the first round. She also received a performance of the Night prize. She fought her first big fight at an UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. They fought in one of the most competitive fights that Ladd took victory by a unanimous vote. Both fighters received the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie beat Ladd in less than 16 seconds in order to stop her winning streak. in the 3rd round on UFC broadcast on ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. She was replaced by was able to take on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
